This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 - Gilbert, is conducting market research to identify potential business sources to provide a software system offering a podiatric residency training electronic system for Podiatric residents to document their training experiences including surgical and non-surgical activities. Also, each resident must participate in an in-training examination to assess their level of knowledge, and competencies. The participation in this service is an essential and integral component of the podiatric residency program nationally in all other VA Health Care Systems as well as at the New Mexico VA Health Care Systems. The use of this program is to document, and log resident activity is mandated by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education, our accrediting body. These residents are located at the New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS) located at the Albuquerque, NM facility. Approximately 4 residents will need access. The services shall be available for routine scheduled or emergent cases, 24/7 access. Services will be procured under Title 38 United States Code 8153.
