This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03 (eff. 2/16/2021). The New Mexico VA Health Care System is seeking to purchase BRAND NAME OR EQUAL John Deere 554P Mid-Size Wheel Loader to perform maintenance activities on and around the VA campus.
