The Phoenix VA Health Care System requires the Lynx wireless duress alarm system, that will, when pressed, alert VA Police to the location where the duress is occurring. There are four Dell physical servers at four separate Phoenix VA Health Care locations. The Phoenix VA Health Care System is seeking a MTSI/Lynx migration that merges all four systems into a single Enterprise solution to cover the Carl T. Hayden Facility Campus, Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and new locations that come online in the future. In conjunction with the consolidation, the Phoenix VA Health Care System is seeking to migrate the server to a Virtual Environment provided by the VA.The server migration shall be done remotely, as well as additional services, to move the 4 data bases into one and test them. This work will be done in coordination with the Veterans Affairs Office of Information Technology (VA OIT), who will be involved in the migration.
