The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contract Office (NCO) 22-G intends to issue a solicitation for contractors to provide Intra-operative Neurophysiological Monitoring Service (IONMS) at the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS). The Estimated Period of Performance is: 4/01/2021 to 3/31/2026 including four (4), twelve (12) month option periods. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 621111 (Doctor of Medicine) with a small business size standard of $12.0M. This solicitation will be posted 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. Only one award will be made from this solicitation. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that will be included in the solicitation.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation Package 36C25821Q0037 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about December 18, 2020.  No solicitation packages will be mailed.  Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. All offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
