This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-09 effective 10-26-2020. This solicitation is a full and open competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services (Information Technology Value Added Resellers), with a small business size standard of 150 employees. The FSC/PSC is DG10 IT and Telecom Network As a Service. The Northern and Southern Arizona VA Health Care System is seeking to purchase the services and support of BRAND NAME or EQUAL items comparable to PatientPoint for their main campuses and CBOCs under their respective cognizance across the state of Arizona. The contract period of performance is one year, with four additional exercisable option years to begin on January 1st, 2021.
