This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-01 (eff. 10/01/2020). This solicitation is set-aside as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Phoenix VA Health Care System is seeking to purchase BRAND NAME or EQUAL laptop locks for Dell Latitude 5400 laptops and HP EliteBook laptops. The following salient characteristics apply: The lock system will consist of a cable, a keyed lock, wedge ports and T-Bar ports. Each lock will be individually keyed. The key type will be a barrel type. The cable material will be PVC coated braided steel. The cable length will be 1.8m / 6ft. The cable diameter will be 4mm.
