The VA has a Construction requirement for Upgrade Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) for Project 649-21-600 at the following locations for the Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System (NAVAHCS): Anthem, AZ CBOC Cottonwood, AZ CBOC Flagstaff, AZ CBOC Holbrook, AZ PTOC Kingman, AZ CBOC Page, AZ PTOC Contractor will be required to provide construction services to include all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to successfully execute the construction plans. A Critical Path Method (CPM) Plan and schedule demonstrating fulfillment of contract requirements will be required.
