The VA has a Construction requirement for Upgrade of Parking Lot Lighting and Conduit for Project 605-19-410 at the Loma Linda VA Healthcare System (LLVAHCS), located in Loma Linda, California. Project Scope: The upgrade will involve but not be limited to replace all pole mounted fixtures with the new LED type and add new lighting poles with new pole footings as needed to bring light levels closer to the VA lighting design guide criteria. This will include replacing any damaged parking lot poles with new and replacing all existing solar canopy mounted led light fixtures with new similar led fixtures. Contractor will be required to provide construction services to include all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to successfully execute the construction plans. Solicitation documents, including Statement of Work (SOW), Drawings, and Specifications, will be available electronically, on or about the issue date listed above, at the Beta SAM.GOV Contract Opportunities website: https://beta.sam.gov/ In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, and VAAR 836.204(g), the magnitude of construction for the project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Interested bidders should search for Request for Proposal (RFP) number 36C25820B0010. This requirement will be procured by way of FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding selection process. The acquisition is a Total Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS code) for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the Size Standard is $39.5M. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Construction contract. The Period of Performance is 270 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bid bond will be required.
