Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials needed in order to perform work for the complete demolition and rebuild of the entire 2nd floor covering approximately 23,000 sq ft. of the Loma Linda VA Medical Center. located at 11201 Benton Street Loma Linda, CA 92357. Contractor shall follow all drawing specifications provided by the following 2 A/E Firms: Davy Architecture (2ES) and SC Engineers (2EN) which form a part of this contract and are incorporated by reference herein. A Davis-Bacon wage rate determination is applicable to this work and incorporated by attachment. The contractor shall be responsible for the correct title and classification of workers and be in compliance with all applicable wage hours and laws
