PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office (NCO) 22 - Gilbert intends to solicit for a contractor to provide Janitorial Services. The required services are to be performed for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System located in Phoenix, Arizona. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract period will be for a one (1) year ordering period, with four (4) potential ordering periods, to be awarded as task orders at the discretion of the Government. Based on the results of market research, an electronic solicitation may be issued on or about 10/19/2020 at https://beta.sam.gov/. The VA intends to set aside this solicitation for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
