This solicitation is an open market solicitation. The Northern Arizona VA Medical Center (649), requires 20 Philips pre-configured Emergency Patient Monitoring Systems, called REDIKITs, as part of the Medical Center’s efforts to combat COVID 19 Pandemic. The Medical Center is re-opening a ward in this effort which needs to be fully outfitted. These systems will be designed and pre-configured to be set-up within hours of onsite arrival. This requirement must fully integrate with NAVAHCS current patient monitoring system in all ways such as software licensing, wireless network infrastructure, and telemetry. NAVAHCS currently uses Philips. Due to proprietary licensing, no other manufacturer would meet this requirement.
