This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-7 (eff. 07/20/2020). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. 750 employees Size Standard The FSC/PSC is 5836 Video Recording and Reproducing Equipment The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System is seeking to purchase equipment and installation services for an audio/ visual room located at the Patio Conference Room in Tucson, AZ. Some of the equipment to be furnished is BRAND NAME ONLY; the remaining portion of items are BRAND NAME or EQUAL. See ATTACHMENT B Schedule of Items for all specific items requested. All interested companies shall provide quotations for all items described in ATTACHMENT B -Schedule of Items. All labor, installation, and testing of equipment shall be provided no later than 120 days ARO.
