Page 2 of 2 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office (NCO) 22 - Gilbert intends to award sole source to a contractor for Regional Wireless Cooperative services, which networks local law enforcement agencies via a common frequency. The required services are to be performed for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System located in Phoenix, Arizona. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, and the contract period will be for a one (1) year period, with four (4) potential option years to be exercised at the option of the Government. Based on the results of market research under Sources Sought Notice 36C25820Q0198, posted on 05/26/2020 and Amendment 0001, posted on 06/01/2020, at https://beta.sam.gov/, an electronic solicitation will not be issued.
