The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 22G (NCO 22G) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources to provide for the delivery and installation of ergonomic adjustable sinks. Specifically, the Southern VA Health Care System is seeking to procure the following: 2 EA Custom 105 three bowl adjustable height stainless steel sinks. Counter Dimensions 105 L x 27 W x 35-42 H (electrically adjustable) 12 backsplash and 12 drain board space with a marine edge Bowl Dimensions 30 L x 16 W x 9 D with volume etching in gallon increments 1 EA right-to-left workflow, 1 EA left-to-right-workflow Each unit to include the following: 2 EA deck-mounted gooseneck faucets 1 EA deck-mounted pre-rinse faucet with support brackets and plumbing supplies 1 EA purified water faucet 4 EA supply hoses 4 EA water shut-off valves 3 EA lever twist drains 1 EA drain manifold system (including a wall drain 7.5 above the floor for a telescoping sink waste pipe 1.5 in diameter). 2 EA air and water guns with plumbing and fittings Open shelving area under the sinks A space designated for one 120V electrical outlet (the outlet and power to be installed by station). Miscellaneous equipment to support plumbing and installation 1 EA Custom 148 three bowl adjustable height stainless steel sink. Counter Dimensions 148 L x 31 W x 35-42 H (electrically adjustable) 6 backsplash and 76 drain board space with a marine edge Bowl Dimensions 24 L x 20 W x 9 D with volume etching in gallon increments Each unit to include the following: 3 EA deck-mounted gooseneck faucets 6 EA supply hoses 6 EA water shut-off valves 3 EA lever twist drains 1 EA drain manifold system (including a wall drain 7.5 above the floor for a telescoping sink waste pipe 1.5 in diameter). Miscellaneous equipment to support plumbing and installation Additional Notes The countertop would need to be removable/ bolted to enable disassembly and assembly during installation. The sinks would need to be removable to enable disassembly and assembly during installation. The 148 countertop and sinks would need to be transported three floors via elevator.
