PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: This notice is a modification to Pre-Solicitation Notice 36C25820Q0191, The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office (NCO) 22 - Gilbert intends to solicit for a contractor to provide Pharmacy Intravenous (IV) Cleanroom Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Application of Sporicidal Agents services. The required services have been expanded to multiple locations and are to be performed for the Phoenix, Southern Arizona, and Northern Arizona VA Healthcare Systems located in Phoenix, Tucson, and Prescott, Arizona. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, and the contract period will be for a one (1) year period, with four (4) potential option years to be exercised at the option of the Government. Based on the results of market research under Sources Sought Notice 36C25820Q0190, posted on 05/08/2020 at https://beta.sam.gov/, an electronic solicitation may be issued on or about 08/11/2020 at https://beta.sam.gov/.
