This is a PRESOLICIATION notice. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contract Office (NCO) 22-G intends to issue a solicitation for transitional housing for veteran patients of the Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS) located in Phoenix, AZ. The services shall be provided directly to the Veterans who are eligible beneficiaries specifically authorized by PVAHCS. Period of Performance: 10/01/2020 to 9/30/2021 with four (4), twelve (12) month option periods. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 623220 (Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities) with a business size standard of $16.5M. This solicitation will be posted unrestricted. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract. Multiple awards may result from this solicitation. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that will be included in the solicitation.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation Package 36C25820Q0188 shall be posted on beta.SAM.gov on or about June 12, 2020.  No solicitation packages will be mailed.  Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. All offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Additionally, all Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses or Veteran Owned Businesses who respond to a solicitation must be registered with the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise VetBiz Registry located at http://vip.vetbiz.gov.
