PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office (NCO) 22 - Gilbert intends to solicit for a contractor to provide Material Handling Equipment Preventative Maintenance and Repair on two Toyota forklift trucks, five pallet jacks, and one scissor lift located in the Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center (CSP CRPCC) warehouse. Maintenance services shall be provided as three quarterly Service plans and one Annual service plan. The required services are to include fluids, unlimited labor, travel, telephone service, lodging, and any other collateral expenses required to service and perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and emergency repairs for the New Mexico VA Healthcare System located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, and the contract period will be for a one (1) year period, with four (4) potential option years to be exercised at the option of the Government.
