Units require little to no wires that will be in the way of patients and staff in the room. If it is a portable wired device, then it can be placed in a corner of a room and will have full view of the room, preventing any wires that will be a hindrance for patients and staff. The vendor will provide training to the staff and ensure that training is also available for staff working night shifts as the VA Hospital is a 24/7 facility. On-site support for go-live. Support for planning and implementation for the facility. 24/7 support for staff (for troubleshooting or technological issues that staff cannot resolve).
