PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office (NCO) 22 - Gilbert intends to solicit for a contractor to provide auditing Good Clinical Practice (GCP) CRQA services for the clinical trials conducted by or requested by the VA Cooperative Studies Program (CSP). These trials are conducted at VA facilities and associated non-VA facilities throughout the United States. CSP clinical trials vary over time in number, size and design, but typically consist of 5 to 10 trials that are actively audited each fiscal year. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, and the contract period will be for one-year ordering period and four potential ordering periods to be exercised at the option of the Government. The electronic solicitation shall be issued on or about April 6-13, 2020 and may be downloaded from the following URL https://beta.sam.gov/. The solicitation number is 36C25820Q0112. This procurement is for total Small Business (SB) Set-A-Side. The VA intends to make a multiple award as a result from this solicitation.
