However, work be performed at the following VA facility: WEST LOS ANGELES MEDICAL CENTER 11301 WILSHIRE BOULEVARD WEST LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA 90073. as a Total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS code) for this procurement is 236220, General Construction. Small Business concerns for this NAICS code have a size standard of $36.5M. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed construction contract. The period of performance of the contract is intended to be 14 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, with no options included. The anticipated Range of Magnitude for this project, in accordance with VAAR 836.204 is projected to be: Between $200,000 and $300,000. It is anticipated that a Solicitation will be issued in December 2019. Solicitation documents, including contract drawings and specifications, will be available electronically on or about Wednesday, December 18, 2018 at the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov.
