Equipment being ordered: PACT II Kiosk Station Transaction number: 678-19-1-039-0034 Please provide the following information clearly and precisely. The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System is looking to procure a custom kiosk check-in station for the newly renovated PACT II primary care building 80. A design has been provided that illustrates the need; along with, electrical, data and lighting drawings that show the placement of existing systems which need to be coordinated into the final product. If this is a requirement you can fulfill, please provide your company s socioeconomic status and size and FSS contract number if applicable.
