The Raymond G. Murphy New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System hereinafter (NMVAHCS), located in Albuquerque, New Mexico is announcing the requirement for 5 Year Contracts from businesses that can provide Community Nursing Home Services. The Contractor shall provide continuous delivery of Community Nursing Home Services for eligible Veterans enrolled with the NMVAHCS, in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the forthcoming solicitation, on behalf of the NMVAHCS, 1501 San Pedro Drive SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87108. Contract will be for a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity. Pre-solicitation Synopsis – this procurement is not subject to any set-aside. The Principle NAICS Code is 623110 Nursing Care Facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities). The size standard is $27.5 Million. The PSC is Q402 Medical – Nursing Home Care Contracts. The RFQ Number is 36C25819Q0002. The RFQ will be posted to FedBizOpp website on or about January 16, 2019. This RFQ is open and continuous and will remain open for one (1) year. Quotes may be submitted at any time prior to the RFQ close date (01/15/2020) IAW the instructions to offerors contained therein. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing. Answers will be provided via amendment after questions are received.
