Explanation of Requirement: Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)/ Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support general construction, alteration, modification, maintenance and repair, demolition, design-build and new construction of buildings, facilities, and real property. The MATOC will cover Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VISN 22 facilities located in Southern California, New Mexico, and Arizona.
