The VA intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for bread products, including white/whole wheat sandwich loaves, rye, and hamburger buns, delivered to Nutrition & Food Service walk-in coolers at the Dallas VA Medical Center and Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center in Dallas and Bonham, TX. Performance is planned for a base period 12/01/2026–11/30/2027 plus four option years through 11/30/2031.
