The period of performance is a base year from 12/01/2026 through 11/30/2027, with option years extending through 11/30/2031. Deliveries are required weekly on Mondays between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, with white and whole wheat sandwich loaves, specified freshness/shelf-life, par-level ordering, and same-day replacement of rejected products. The government is surveying qualified service-disabled veteran-owned, veteran-owned, HUBZone, 8(a), small, and large businesses; weekly electronic invoicing is required, with payment 30 days in arrears by the 5th of the next month.
