This is an open-market, 100% small-business set-aside under NAICS 333912 with a 1,000-employee size standard and PSC 4310, with an anticipated firm-fixed-price award using lowest-priced technically acceptable evaluation. Quoters must submit technical documentation showing all mandatory requirements are met and identify the manufacturer, make, model, part number, country/place of manufacture, delivery schedule, warranty coverage, and authorized source; non-OEM quoters must show authorization for equipment and manufacturer-supported startup, training, warranty, parts, and service.
