The contractor will survey, tag, and baseline the entire steam trap population, then replace 100% of verified traps with quick-change trap-station assemblies. It must also furnish, install, commission, monitor, and maintain a continuous wireless steam trap failure monitoring system covering all replaced traps. Semiannual preventive maintenance and testing of all trap stations is required. The contractor will also repair and replace steam traps and associated steam distribution components in accordance with the PWS.
