The contractor must provide all engineering, materials, labor, and supervision to inventory and perform annual inspections of fire and smoke doors in accordance with NFPA 80, NFPA 101, and NFPA 105. Inspections must be conducted by individuals knowledgeable about the doors being inspected and certified by the International Fire Door Inspector Association (IFDIA). The contractor must also provide all engineering, materials, labor, and supervision to conduct a firestopping survey and perform associated remediation according to NFPA 101 and applicable manufacturer-listed firestop system requirements as stated in the PWS.
