A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT November 28, 2025. The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System currently has a requirement for a project to reconfigure and renovate the old laundry facility located at the Waco VAMC and it will also include the reconfigurations of the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, IT, and other systems to convert into offices and shops for engineering tradesmen, administrative, and professional staff. Doris Miller Veterans Medical Center located at 4800 Veterans Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas 76711. General Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct project Consolidate Engineering Building 17 in accordance with all Contract Documents. All work shall be done in accordance with the SOW. The SOW will be posted with the solicitation. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45M. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
