The VA seeks a firm-fixed-price contract for one Applied Biosystems QuantStudio 7 Pro Real-Time PCR System, or equal, including accessories, consumables, on-site training, and four optional one-year preventive maintenance agreements. Performance will take place at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, Olin E. Teague VA Hospital in Temple, Texas. The base period begins on or about August 31, 2026, and runs through August 30, 2027, with four one-year options extending through August 30, 2031. The acquisition is unrestricted with full and open competition, using a brand-name-or-equal basis. Award will be made on a best-value or lowest-price technically acceptable basis.
