The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and services to install a Stryker Oculan Surgical Platform and supporting accessories in Operating Room 2 at the Audie L. Murphy Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. The project includes removing existing equipment and installing new Stryker S-Series Anesthesia Boom, Oculan Dual Suspension LT/FP units, and COR IP in-room system, with work conducted during regular business hours in a single phase. Strict infection control protocols, including Class IV containment and air scrubbers, will be enforced, and the contractor must manage demolition, electrical updates, plumbing modifications, and finish work. Installation must be completed within 30 months of order placement, with pricing valid for 90 days and exclusive of taxes. The contractor will not have access to VA computers or patient information, and no federal records will be created under this contract.
