The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate solely with AgileRank, LLC for Operations Room Control automation features tied to a Real-Time Location System (RTLS). The service will be procured using existing maintenance agreements to maintain and upgrade the RTLS. While this is a notice of intent for a sole-source procurement, contractors may submit a capability statement for consideration, which could potentially lead to competition. Any prospective contractor must be registered in SAM and be an authorized OEM dealer, distributor, or reseller for the VA. All software licensing and warranty must align with OEM terms.
