This is a notice of intent to negotiate a sole-source contract with Magstim, Inc. for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) equipment and maintenance services at the San Antonio, Texas VA Health Medical Center. The government is allowing other contractors to submit capability statements for consideration, which could potentially lead to a competitive procurement. Interested parties must be registered in SAM and be an authorized OEM dealer for the equipment. Responses must be submitted in writing by email.
