This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for courier services for multiple facilities within the Central Texas Veterans Healthcare System (CTVHCS). It is a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The evaluation criteria are technical acceptability, past performance, and price. Comments or inquiries must be submitted in writing via email on or before February 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. All required proposal documentation must be submitted via email no later than March 10, 2026, at 3 PM Eastern Time.
