Purpose and Objectives The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) requires contractor(s) to provide reference laboratory testing services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and test list. The Government intends to award a contract with a base year, and four one-year option periods to be exercised at the Government s discretion.
