The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources for the following procurement: Amarillo Reference Lab Testing; Contractor shall provide reference laboratory services to the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service of the Amarillo VA Health Care System (AVAHCS), Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 6010 Amarillo Boulevard, West, Amarillo, TX 79106. See Statement of Work. BACKGROUND Amarillo VA Health Care System Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Services (P&LMS) 6010 Amarillo Boulevard, West Amarillo, TX 79106 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Contractor shall provide full-service reference laboratory contract will provide services required for specimen testing, interpretation, testing supplies, courier, customer service, system interfaced lab result reporting services and verification of certification for test results. Services shall include analytical testing & results reporting for clinical, anatomical, and cytological modalities for any/all sample types, including but not limited to blood, urine, tissue, and other body fluids and will include courier services for specimen transportation from AVAHCS sites to reference laboratory as needed. See Price/Cost Schedule and Attachment A within the Statement of Work (SOW) for lists of estimated testing needs. (Quantities are estimates only). See attached SOW for the performance requirements.
