The South Texas VA Health Care System requires replacement of the second-floor roof at the Audie L. Murphy VAMC in San Antonio, TX. This project is a 100% competitive set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), with a cost magnitude between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) is expected to be posted on or about April 20, 2026. Offerors must be visible and verified as SDVOSBs on SBA.gov prior to submitting an offer, and must comply with VETS-4212 reporting if applicable. All labor, materials, equipment, and supervision will be provided by the contractor in accordance with the solicitation's statement of work and drawings.
