This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 36C25725Q0845. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-26 effective August 18, 2025. The associated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 339112 with a Small Business (SB) of 1,000 employees. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB). Also, the vender is required to submit in detail the items origins of manufacture country. Products manufactured origins will factor as part of the evaluation, products manufactured in the United States will take priority over products with trade agreement countries and countries outside the United States.
