See full Statement of Work for more details Supply Chain Management Service (SCMS) for V17 is required to keep an assortment of custom surgical packs on hand to support the clinical need of Surgical Service. To comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Veterans Health Administration (VHA) credit card standards a contract is needed to cover these items. This requirement is to fulfill Surgical Packs tailored for the surgery department for South Texas Veterans Health Care System Operating Rooms. These packs have been reviewed and tailored to the surgeons’ specific needs to treat the veterans The objectives and standards for performance are stated in terms of desired results with associated quality standards. Custom packs shall be created in a manner that will result in a compliance with the Trade Agreement Act (TAA), and local clinical staff approval. Place of Performance: Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center 7400 Merton Minter Boulevard San Antonio, TX 78229 – 4404 Warehouse hours 8am – 4pm Northwest Health Care Center 9939 State Highway 151 San Antonio, TX 78251- 1900 Warehouse hours 8am – 4pm 3.2 Other sites may be added dependent upon the advancement of the VA Medical Center footprint increase. Period of Performance: One year IDIQ contract OBJECTIVES: The contractor shall provide custom packs to the Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center and it’s supporting facilities, and clinics that as assigned.
