North Dallas Veterans Healthcare Warehouse facility is seeking to procure four (4) new electric pallet jacks to support ongoing operations within the VA North Texas Health Care System’s warehouse and supply distribution team. As the primary logistics hub for receiving, staging, and distributing medical and non-medical items throughout the Dallas VA Medical Center and affiliated clinics, the current fleet of pallet jacks is insufficient to support the growing workload. Many units are aging, undergoing maintenance, or shared across multiple shifts, resulting in operational inefficiencies, safety concerns, and service delivery delays.
