Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources for the following procurement: Item 0001 Contractor shall provide services for PACS Project Management for Kick Start and Phase 1 Item 0002 PACS Project Management for Phase 2 Item 0003 PACS Project Management for Phase 3 Item 0004 PACS Project Management for Phase 4 Item 0005 Enterprise Imaging Migration Kick Start Service Item 0006 IDC Migration Phase 1 Item 0007 IDC Migration Phase 2 Item 0008 IDC Migration Phase 3 Item 0009 IDC Migration Phase 4 Location/Place of Performance: VA North Texas Health Care System 4500 South Lancaster Road Dallas, TX 75216-7167 NCO-17 is seeking sources from firms that have the capability of providing these services. Firms that can provide these services are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Interested firms must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of the RFI to be considered. Interested firms must identify their company name and are encouraged to provide a capabilities statement (if available) with their response. This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this notice. Notice of intent of sole source procurement. If no affirmative response is received from this notice, the government intends to make a sole source procurement to AGFA Healthcare Corp. If determined as required as sole source, the anticipated authority permitting other than full and open competition for the requirement is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
