This market research notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 VHA Regional Procurement Office-West (RPOW) 124 E. 5441 Babcock Road STE 302, San Antonio, Texas 78240 for the procurement of the Install Self-Contained Humidifiers in Pharmacy Cache for Brand name or Equal. Background and Requirement: Contractor shall provide full service for El Paso Veterans Affairs Health Care System Facility, located at 5001 N. Piedras Dr., El Paso Texas 79930 for the Install Self-Contained Humidifiers in Pharmacy Cache. 1. Install Self-Contained Humidifiers in Pharmacy Cache shall be in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Install Self-Contained Humidifiers in Pharmacy Cache. Provide and install (2) UE005 humidifier wall mounted with blower Provide and install required electrical to (2) humidifiers Provide and install required water to (2) humidifiers Provide and install (2) UE005 humidifier wall mounted with blower Provide and install required electrical to (2) humidifiers Provide and install required water to (2) humidifiers Provide and install required drain for (2) humidifiers Drain to be piped in and routed To storm drain loading dock area Connect (2) humidifiers to existing EMS system via bacnet. The intent of this notice is to establish sources to define the procurement strategy (e.g. set-aside, sole source, unrestricted) for a solicitation that VA intends to post soon. If you have an existing GSA or VA, Federal Supply Schedule contract, include the contract details in your response. Please note that VA is particularly interested in determining the availability of Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business/Veteran Owned Small Business or other Small Business manufacturers or authorized distributors that can provide this item. Vendors are requested to submit estimated market research pricing with their responses. The estimated pricing will be considered when determining the procurement strategy for the future solicitation.
