This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 311812, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The FSC/PSC is 8920-Bakery and Cereal. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 17, Network Contracting Office 17 located at 124 E. Hwy 67, Suite 100 Duncanville, TX 75137 has a requirement for the supply and delivery of fresh bread products listed in the B.2 Price Schedule. This contract is a single award Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an effective date of July 1, 2025. Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than 14:00 Central Time (CDT), Tuesday, June 10th, 2025.
