Lancaster Rd Dallas, TX 75216 The proposed procurement will be made by a Federal Supply Source purchase order using GSA Contract GS-07F-161BA. The North Texas Veterans Affairs Medical Center has a need for two requesting activity has submitted a request that states that vendor is the only vendor that can provide the necessary system to be a direct replacement of the units currently being used in the laboratory that are no longer serviceable. Market research did not find an alternate approved vendor that can provide all the required linearity supplies for the services. This notice is to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. This contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice; therefore, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals or offers received will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the government. If no affirmative written response is received within 5 days from the publication of this notice, a contract will be issued without any further notice. End of Document
