Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 3 of 3 Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 17, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources for Fire Door Replacement, Department of Veteran Affairs, Garland VA Medical Center, 2300 Marie Curie Blvd, Garland, TX 75042 Statement of Work (Draft) Period of Performance: 120 Within Days After Award Overview: Contractor is to provide supervision, labor, and specified material below on Fire Door replacement and installation located at VAMC Garland facility. The Contractor shall exercise extreme care to avoid damaging Government property by Contractor shall be repaired by the Contractor to its original condition at no additional cost to the Government. The Contractor shall ensure that all materials are new, free from defects, imperfections, and asbestos free (NO ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS SHALL BE USED ON THIS PROJECT). This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists currently. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this notice. The acquisition strategy will be decided based on responses and other market research efforts. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or cost incurred in response to this announcement shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
