This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 36C25725Q0273 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01. The NAICS Code for this request for quotes is 325413 (1,250 Employees). The items being requested are as follows: Urine Analyzer supporting Chemistry Testing Estimated Annual Quantity: 44,000 Tests, and Microscopic Testing Estimated Annual Quantity: 44,000 Test. Location: El Paso Veterans Health Care System, Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS), located at 5001 North Piedras Street, El Paso, Texas 79930. The CPRR pricing shall include all equipment, comprehensive maintenance, software and hardware upgrades, workstations, servers, training, a quality control program, reagents, calibrators, controls, supplies, consumables, disposable items, parts, accessories, printers, uninterruptable power supply (UPS), and any other item required for the proper operation of its' contractor-owned automated urinalysis testing instruments and peripherals necessary for the generation of accurate automated urinalysis results. The Contractor retains the title of the equipment. See attached RFQ document for more information.
