All requirements are listed within the attached solicitation documents to include drawings. Amendment 0001 was issued on 12/06/2024 changing the location of the site visit. The response due time/date remains unchanged. Amendment 0002 was issued on 12/12/2024, which provides the 12/09/2024 Site Visit Sign-in Sheet. It also extends the RFQ response due date to 4PM on 01/23/2025. Amendment 0003 was issued on 12/26/2024, which provides drawings, pictures, revised SOW, and notice of another site visit. Amendment 0004 was issued on 01/15/2025, which provides answers to questions following the issuance of amendment 0003, along with the Site Visit sign-in sheet which was conducted on 01/06/2025.
