THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).  This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is a market research tool to determine the availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. The North Texas VA Healthcare System is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of response to this Special Notice. The information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the North Texas VA Healthcare System to solicit for or award a competitive contract. Unless otherwise stated herein, no solicitation regarding this announcement is available. Requests for the same will be disregarded.  The North Texas VA Healthcare System is seeking a full-service contract for the North Texas Veterans Health Care System (VANTHCS) is looking to purchase a Pump Component Circulatory Support, IMPELLA CP, Cath-Based, LT Per-Q (Part # 0048-0003). The contractor shall deliver all supplies listed in Table 1 to the North Texas Veterans Health Care System (VANTHCS) in accordance with the original manufacturer specifications. Items purchased must have an expiration date of at least 2 years from the date of purchase. All interested parties are reminded to be current with their registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/content/home in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts. SDVOSBs and VOSBs must be verified in www.vetBiz.gov. Interested offerors submit an electronic response of not more than five (5) one-sided pages, 8.5 x 11 paper, 10 pitch, Times New Roman font, with a minimum of one (1) inch margins all around. Any charts and/or brochures will be included as part of the five (5) pages. Responsible sources having relevant experience may submit their statement of interest and capabilities, including business size classification to this notice via email to the Contracting Specialist, carlos.flores2@va.gov.  Responses shall be emailed with 36C25725Q0056  in the subject line by 10:00 a.m. central 22 October 2024. Facsimile or Telephonic responses will not be accepted.  Offeror s capabilities response to this Notice shall include the following information: Offeror s company name, SAM unique ID, Federal Tax ID, address, point of contact, title, phone number, and email address. Offeror s capability to meet this requirement including any current contracts (Civilian or Government). The response must show clear and convincing evidence that your company has the capabilities and qualifications to provide this service to be considered as a source. SDVOSB and VOSB shall also show evidence that they will perform 51% of the work. All parties are asked to identify any subcontracts that shall also be utilized. Offeror s type of business. State SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, and/or small business.   Same verification for/with the subcontractor.
