Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 17, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources for the following procurement: NTX, Water Softener Removal and Replacement A. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: 1. The Contractor shall inspect, verify, test, and certify building systems for the El Paso VA Healthcare system. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, management supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all Water Softener Removal and Replacement tasks and functions. 2. The Contractor shall provide a quote to provide Water Softener Removal and Replacement as required in attached Statement of Work. Location: VA Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center, 1201 E 9th St., Bonham, Texas 75418 NCO 17 is seeking sources that have the capability of providing these services.
