THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE for 36C25725B0004 Relocate Facility Fiber The El Paso Veteran Affairs Health Care System (EPVAHCS) has a requirement to replace and relocate the existing communications infrastructure and an Invitation for Bids IS TO BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 10/15/2024. SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, for installation of the interior pathway (handhole at 5-foot perimeter to the DEMARC room, B100) and build-out of a new IT Facility Entrance room (C108). The building exterior pathway construction (handhole to manhole) and installation of fiber optic cabling through the whole pathway shall be accomplished via separate service contract between AT&T and the VA. The Contractor shall properly coordinate with VA personnel and AT&T to ensure the complete and fully functional installation of the new communications infrastructure. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45 M. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. Important Notice: Apparent successful bid must apply for and receive verification. from the Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) program in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership, and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Small Business Administration Vet Cert program prior to submission of offer. Failure to be both VERIFIED by SBA and VISIBLE on SBA.gov (VetCert) prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) and submit the required documents to obtain SBA verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so.
